So why work with me?

I love writing, have been writing since I can remember, which is probably the same for you. But I realized that I also really love helping out fellow writers who have the same strong desire to release the stories (fiction or nonfiction!) within. My short stories and flash fiction have been published in various literary magazines in print and online. My first novel was longlisted for the Dzanc Books Diverse Voices prize, and my second novel is in the revisions stage! I’ve been through the madness of the literary agent querying process, secured an agent at a top agency in NYC and went on submission with my novel to all the big publishing houses. I kept a travel blog back in my digital nomad days, and I currently run a couple of Substack publications. I also established a successful, in-person (IRL!) writing group for women in Buenos Aires that is still active after 3 years and meets weekly for feedback sessions and holds monthly workshops and occasional writing retreats.

As a freelance journalist, I’ve been in the biz for over 15 years, writing often about travel, sustainability and emerging tech. I’ve placed articles in top consumer publications — The New York Times, WIRED UK, WSJ, National Geographic, BBC Travel, Fast Company, Fodor’s, etc — and also in major trade magazines. I’ve also written online and print content for many national and global brands.

• 3 MONTHS TO FINALLY GET IT DONE! (USD 1600): Intro strategy call to break down the timeline into smaller, achievable goals; 1-hour sessions each week; email support between calls. This is a Serious Package Deal to give you the momentum and accountability to finally get that long-delayed writing project completed. No more excuses — it’s time to stop procrastinating already!
• 90 MINUTE INTENSIVE PUBLISHING STRATEGY SESSION (USD 200): I’ll help you figure out exactly how and where to get your manuscript published, whether that means querying literary agents and small presses, going the self-publishing route or submitting to literary magazines.
